Operator and scope

These terms cover the website, account services and public sharing. The additional terms at https://alphred.ai/terms/computer-agent/ apply when we give you access to the Computer Agent. They do not cover the separate Private Agent product or promise that an unreleased feature is available. The Coming soon website is not itself a paid software offer.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, distribute malicious software, infringe other people’s rights or use the service to harass or exploit others.

Keep account credentials and verification or recovery links secure. Use only accounts and files you are authorised to access. Tell us if you believe an account or link has been compromised.

Accounts and your content

Provide accurate account information and secure your credentials and verification links. Connect only accounts you are authorised to use. You must have authority and a lawful basis for information you provide, including information about other people.

You retain rights you have in your inputs and files. You authorise the processing and transmission necessary for requested tasks and sharing. This is not permission for us to train AI models on your conversations or files. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, correct or protected by intellectual-property rights. Check rights and accuracy before use.

If acting for an organisation, you need authority for that use. Individual signup is not an enterprise data-processing agreement or a promise of suitability for regulated data.

Files and sharing

You retain ownership of your files. When you upload a file for sharing, you authorise the limited storage, processing and delivery needed to provide that share. You must have the rights and permissions needed to disclose it. Do not share unlawful material or malicious files.

Anyone with a working public link can access or download its copy, and can forward the link. Stopping sharing blocks further delivery through our service but cannot recall copies already received. Local changes do not automatically change a hosted snapshot.

We may apply usage and storage limits or remove material where reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, security issues or serious misuse. This is not a promise of unlimited or permanent storage. Report a concern to nelsonbazzard@gmail.com with the share URL and the reason; do not redistribute harmful material unnecessarily.

Information, third-party links and availability

Website material describes current plans and information and may change. Check information that matters to you. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; those sites apply their own terms and privacy practices.

We aim to keep the website reasonably reliable, but access can be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or security reasons. We may change or withdraw website features where reasonably necessary.

Payments and future products

This website does not currently take payments. Creating an account or using an email-verification page does not authorise a charge, a subscription or a waiver of consumer cancellation rights.

Any future paid offer will have its own product and order information, including the supplier details, price, billing, cancellation and refund terms required for that offer. You will have the opportunity to review the applicable terms before purchasing.

Rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We are responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your legal rights or require mandatory arbitration. You may use any court or regulator available to you under applicable law.

Suspension, ending use and changes

You may stop using the app, delete your online account or stop sharing through available controls. Online deletion, local deletion, disconnection and provider-side revocation are different actions and do not recall information delivered to others.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address serious misuse, unlawful content, security threats or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve mistakes. Urgent protective action may be necessary.

We will explain material changes and seek renewed agreement where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Changes to a paid service remain subject to the information and rights applicable to that offer.

Privacy, contact and updates

The privacy policy explains information handling across the Computer Agent, website, accounts and sharing. Acknowledging it is not consent to unrelated processing or marketing. App permissions do not replace a legal basis needed for other people’s information.
